As CEO of Canada’s largest provincial professional association with over 100,000 Members, Tim delivered revolutionary change in advocacy, communications, events, governance, and service delivery including a new health and insurance benefit program for all REALTORS.

As Leader of the Ontario PC Party and as a Cabinet Minister, Tim built strong teams, set clear strategic goals and inspired the team to achieve them.
