REAL ESTATE CEOS

Exclusive to real estate associations, the Leading Real Estate CEOs Group provides a peer group of up to 14 CEOs from both local and provincial real estate associations across Canada. The meetings focus on leadership, association management and emerging issues in real estate. Meetings are twice annually and take place at the office of one of the Members over two days on a rotational basis. Members discuss challenges they face and benefit from guest speakers and the experience of colleagues in a strictly confidential environment. Finally, the Council creates a peer evaluation for the host CEO based on interviews with key staff and board leaders.
